Partner with Lusso

Lusso is read by people deciding where to ride, what to buy, and where to go next — in Britain, and in Chinese.

Riding centres, yards, holiday operators, equestrian brands and event organisers can appear here. Below is how — and how we keep it honest.

The audience

Not the biggest equestrian audience in Britain. A particular one.

Lusso was written for the rider who is new, or returning, and spending properly for the first time — first lessons, first jacket, first riding holiday. That reader is expensive to reach anywhere else, because most equestrian media is written for people who already know.

Britain

Riding centres and yards covered by region, with local-authority licence detail — the field no other UK directory publishes.

Two languages

Every page is written in both English and Chinese, by the same editor. Not machine-translated.

Holidays

A curated set of horseback holiday destinations, read by people planning a trip rather than browsing one.

The season

Fixtures, shows and the social calendar — the pages people return to before they book.

Traffic, newsletter and audience figures are shared in full in the media pack — current numbers, not rounded ones. Ask and they come by email the same week.

Ways to work together

Three routes in.

I

Riding centres and yards

A proper profile in the Ride directory, in both languages.

  • Full description, photography and video, written and edited by us
  • Licence number, star rating and disciplines shown as verified fields
  • Lessons, hacking and livery availability kept current
  • Direct enquiries to you — we take no booking fee and no cut
  • A Chinese-language version of your profile, at no extra work for you

Annual. Basic inclusion in the directory stays free and always will.

II

Holiday operators and destinations

A featured place in the Holidays edit, or a commission arrangement.

  • A full destination feature — the ride, the horses, the season, the cost, honestly
  • Placement in the seasonal edit readers plan from
  • Enquiries passed to you directly; every booking is made on your terms
  • Chinese-language listing and a route to an audience that rarely finds you

Commission-only to start, so you carry no risk; annual placement once we can both see what it produces. Lusso introduces — it does not sell or assemble travel.

III

Brands and events

Features, seasonal edits, the newsletter, and the fixtures calendar.

  • A written feature — your piece, your product, your ground — clearly labelled as an advertisement
  • Inclusion in a seasonal edit (winter kit, first jacket, summer fixtures)
  • A placement in the Lusso Letter, or a dedicated send
  • Event listing and season coverage for organisers
  • Bilingual social distribution, including Xiaohongshu

Per feature, per send, or as a season package.

The part nobody else offers

Reaching Chinese-speaking riders

British yards and international holiday operators keep saying the same thing: the enquiries are there, the language and the channel are not. Lusso is written in English and Chinese by one editor, and distributed on both British and Chinese platforms. If that audience matters to you, it can be scoped on its own — a bilingual profile, translated collateral, and placement where those riders actually read.

Tell us in the form below and the rate card will include it.

Where the line sits

What money can and cannot buy here.

  • Paid content is always labelled.Anything paid for is marked as an advertisement before the content begins, as the ASA requires, on the site and in social posts.
  • Editorial selection is not for sale.Recommendations, rankings and Editor's Picks are chosen on merit. Paying puts you in front of readers; it does not make us call you the best.
  • We write it honestly, or we do not run it.If a place is not right for our readers, we will say so and decline the work rather than write around it.
  • You keep your customer.Enquiries go to you. We take no booking fee, hold no deposits, and are not a travel organiser.
  • Safety claims are yours to prove.Licence numbers, ratings, insurance and instructor qualifications are published as you supply them, and we will ask for evidence.
