Using this site means accepting these terms. They are deliberately short.

What this site is

Lusso Equestrian Atelier is an editorial guide: riding centres, horseback holidays, the British season, and writing for people finding their way into the horse world. It is information, not professional advice, and not a booking service.

Riding carries risk

Horse riding is inherently risky, and no listing here is a safety guarantee. Riding centres are described in good faith from public information, and details change. Always check a centre's current local-authority licence, star rating, insurance and instructor qualifications yourself before you book or ride. Your arrangement is with them, not with us.

Holidays and introductions

We introduce; we do not sell travel. Every booking is made directly with the operator or hotel, on their terms, and they are responsible for the trip. Lusso is not a package organiser and does not assemble packages or take payment for travel. Some introductions earn us a fee, which never changes your price — see the Affiliate Disclosure.

Links and recommendations

Blocks marked Ad contain affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, the retailer pays us a commission at no extra cost to you. Selection is on merit; nobody pays for placement. We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their prices.

The Edit is not on sale yet — the pieces shown are marked Coming soon and no order can be placed. When it opens, separate terms of sale will apply, including your statutory 14-day right to cancel, and all prices will be shown inclusive of tax with any delivery charge stated before checkout.

The Lusso letter

Subscribing is voluntary and one click undoes it. We do not share the list.

What is ours

The text, photography, design and the Lusso name belong to us or our licensors. Read it, quote it with a link, don't republish it wholesale. Third-party images and logos remain with their owners.

Liability

We keep the site accurate and available as best we reasonably can, but it is provided as-is; we do not promise it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content or from dealings with any third party found through it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

These terms may change; the date below tells you when they last did. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
